A lawyer once told me that he would not OPINE on the veracity of the claim that property owned abroad would be covered under a will if the owner passed away. In the very next sentence, he said that if I scheduled an appt with him at his going rate ($650/hr), he would be able to answer all my questions about probate and wills as it relates to international law and how his law firm would be able to represent my interests at the US embassy and the foreign agencies involved. 🤨
