Somewhere between Beaverton and Portland in Oregon, there is a not so hidden treasure where they’ve combined a nursery with a cafe restaurant. It’s called Cornell Farm Cafe. It’s an hour wait to sit in the restaurant, so we’re just getting coffee and pastries and then meeting friends for lunch. The chocolate croissant and cherry chocolate scones are puff pastry perfect.
