If you missed it, I’m happy to celebrate @jachian ‘s accomplishments, incredible self-discipline, and ascetic practice towards weight loss. When Naomi @afrochicks was running /higher challenges a year and some ago, a bunch of folks including Jason and I were doing crunches, burpees, and all sorts of calisthenics to follow along with and support Naomi’s journey toward the 2028 Olympics. We had to cast pics and video of ourselves doing the exercises; a sort of POIDH challenge that @kenny would’ve appreciated. So, I can attest to Jason’s transformation. Congrats on your journey to-date, Jason! 🥳
