Babylon’s Genesis Chain will use both EVM and CosmWasm. CosmWasm (live on mainnet) builds secure, fast Bitcoin smart contracts in Rust. EVM (coming soon) brings DeFi tools, users, and devs. The testnet is up, with public endpoints launching soon. EVM mainnet integration is set for late Q3 to early Q4 2025.
