It may seem haha funny to you but it makes the women in this space (I am one of them) feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I've been TG user for at least 6 years now and I understand @kenny verification proposals. 
I see scams everyday when guys pretend to be a girl with beautiful pfp in order to scam other guys. Lots of my friends were scammed this way.

Also I like @jensalittleloopy idea to run some verifications on guys profiles too.

Exactly this is gross and probably came from the male mind.

I don't mean this in any way to start an argument. I mean it to start a dialogue. I am a simple-brained ape man and I don't see how this is gross. I GET that it's reaaaaaaallllly close to creepy, but in the context and the way it was presented, was it? He offered a quick resolution, and fair payout. And they win!

Well, let's take gender out entirely. A human must often prove identity and humanity in various situations. It's fairly normal. 
In this situation no human was forced to prove anything, they were given an opportunity to do so. There was a public debate, the validity of which notwithstanding, this ended it publicly.

A woman should not have to prove she is a real human to random internet strangers, least of all people who assume she is not real because she's hot and in crypto.

This is a demeaning request.

If you think someone is sus because they're posting thirst traps, you can avoid, yeah?
