I’m kind of praising his mediocre ones here where it’s just two guys talking but without the propaganda of a Joe Rogan episode (but occasionally Jocko lets slip how much he loves Ronald Reagan 😢) I think 417 is the last one I thought was really remarkable because it was a lady race car driver Danica Patrick. He also did one with his daughter on her overcoming an eating disorder recently. I’ve trained with her in BJJ and she’s great.

He has less women on than I’d like but I buy that since it seems like his friends are mainly special ops or adjacent and there are no women in special ops AFAIK
