Crypto KOL @_FORAB explains how platforms like Kraken and Bybit enable stock trading with crypto. A Swiss parent company controls Backed Assets in Jersey. They buy stocks via IBKR Prime, then store them in Clearstream, a German depository. After purchase, Solana smart contracts mint tokens 1:1 (e.g., 1000 TSLAx for 1000 Tesla shares). Backed manages the token contract. Exchanges list these tokens for trading. Holders can redeem tokens for real stocks through Backed, completing the cycle.
