Good morning, dear friends! ๐ฟ Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is to press the internal RESET button. It's not always about a long vacation or a life change. Sometimes it's a cup of tea โ๏ธ ๐ซ in silence. 5 minutes with my eyes ๐ closed. Walk ๐ถโโ๏ธwithout a goal or cycling ๐ด in the park. Or just breathe ๐งโโ๏ธ . ๐ค Small pauses have a great power. They do help to gather, switch and return to yourself. What works for you as a mini reboot?
