neon has been fine for me aws hosting + us-west, i’m guessing the default zones are overloaded? but im mostly switching new things over to cloudflare D1 (hosted sqlite)

cloudflare maxi here, gave up on D1 due to what appear to be sync latency and global replicate issues feels non-ACID in real use, even if it's technically eventually consistent
