dang cast data aint big, but without indexes it ain't much fun to wait on SQL queries

your root issue is you’re putting the stuff in a db

Wdym by listening to real time events?

You index into a local db and run your mini apps off of them? Then make sure they are in sync by listening to a GRPC stream?

if you’re building a client i fully understand, for me with mini apps nothings beaten doing a one time bulk sync then just listening for realtime events (no need for ETL, no postgres setup, no schemas, etc) — i do have some local duckdb files with indexes on them tho to be fair

Why would I not to build an app
on top of that data that needs all casts & more indexed nearly live to be accurate  and later on having the ability to enable caching etc on repeat queries
