I sometimes read anti crypto pieces and am usually the most struck by not just how inaccurate they are but how they seem to fear regulation because it will make crypto seem safer, thereby enticing people join it and be hurt by the inevitable crash. Just a cascade of false assumptions.

Do you think they are genuine in their concerns? Or does it seem like they are being hamstrung by Elizabeth Warren’s influence? Because it’s hard for me to see any of this as genuine.

I think they genuinely trust her as a master of the details of finreg and therefore crypto.
