A crucial piece of this is pace. I’m over hustling. Showing up everyday and making incremental progress towards my goals has proven to be 10x more effective than burning myself out.

I'd guess it depends on what phase of life you are in. Hustling is great if you have nothing else to focus on. Some people like the grind, but as we get older, that isn't as attractive.
