Ah yes… I can imagine that is frustrating.
I never worried about the miles I was putting on my body when I was younger, but definitely making taking care of my body a priority these days. The knee replacement has a 6 week recovery, and 6 month rehab, but should be a much better quality of life without the arthritis pain sometime next year. 🤙🏼
