My warplet is seriously cluttered with illiquid Zora coins and other shit that can't be sold. Someone tell me, why tip with something that has no liquidity for swaps? Seems like a cruel trick or something to me.

The blame is on the wallets showing you the value of illiquid coins as if that’s what they’re actually worth I personally wouldn’t tip my coin knowing that people will just sell and drain the tiny liquidity that exists, but I don’t see anything wrong with people tipping their coin to people who interact with them

What's the point of tipping a coin to someone if they can't use it?

I wouldn’t say that not being able to swap because there’s no liquidity = not being able to use it. It does heavily reduces its “use”, but not having liquidity right now doesn’t mean it won’t in the future Giving out your creator coin even if it can’t be swapped right now is basically just a token of appreciation ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not being able to use it currently then, if I need to be specific. I'm honestly not going to hold onto these things in hopes that they get liquidity at some point. I might give it a few days to a couple weeks, but after that it's getting trashed.
