Under Maryland law It is ILLEGAL to have an abortion if the fetus is viable unless it's to protect the life of the mother, or if the fetus has a genetic defect or serious deformity or abnormality.

The person in the video 100% cut out the part where they mentioned that their life was at risk (which is why the person on the phone probably said that it's safer to not carry to term), or said that the baby had a genetic defect/serious deformity.

Remember folks, videos that contain multiple cuts with unverified people on the phone are a horrible source of information, but a great source of disinformation!

Also important to mention that the woman in the video doesn't even say that she's 34 weeks along, she says that she's 34 and then there's a cut in the video. It's entirely possible that the woman was referring to her age and then lied about how far along she was to the person on the phone right after that cut was made
