Unfortunately I think regulation tends to exist for a reason. Not over-regulation, but a framework. I get it’s against the ethos but maybe that needs to change?

No regulation creates innocent victims which creates regulation which begets more regulation. A framework will become over regulation. We will swing from extreme to extreme to extreme until we find balance. The shit show that was frx and their excel and quick books accounting were one side. The swing is coming.
