today it was this, which i got from Mat Fraser's HWPO: 1000m (5k pace) rest 1:30 1000m (5k pace) rest 2:00 1000m (5k pace) rest 2:30 500m (1-2k pace) rest 1:00 500m (1-2k pace)

Interesting I’ve only done intervals at 500m, sub 2:00 each, with 1:00 rest in between 7 sets. Been a while since I’ve done it though, just been doing 5 and 10k at pace recently. You totally waxed when you’re done?
