do you guys realize how wildly lucky most of us are to be “knowledge workers”?

it grants us the benefit of working remotely, not worrying about slowing down physically, engaging with innovation, and accessing better earning potential and flexibility to pursue our own interests.

please don’t take it for granted.

After four decades working with computers, I appreciate this sentiment AND I'm also aware of the benefits of regular physical activity - the hard and the uncomfortable. I'm glad to be starting the move away from the concrete and the screen and moving to the 'food lands', for all that it can offer.
