This is ok, you pay tips for likes and recasts.
And what about the Allow Programmatic Tipping configuration?
First you need to assign an amount of tokens to be tipped.
Please check that your Spending Limit is different from zero. And if not, you can top it, by selecting one option, for instance, 5 $.
This is an screenshot of my configuration. I'm tipping with my owns tokens, $JALLEO, but you can select USDC, or any other token you prefer.

Yeah it’s already set for $5. But still no tipping
