Jake, when finding the best person for a job how much of comes down to skills/knowledge vs how much is it about attitude?

I think a baseline level of skills is necessary but not sufficient for getting hired – particularly in web3 where there are tons of new technical challenges that have never been solved before and those skills can be hard to test for and quantify.

Once someone hits a certain threshold of skills, I think it’s mostly about attitude, energy, curiosity, and passion. Problem-solving on the fly, adaptability, speed-of-learning, positivity, and communication skills are all intangibles and ultimately determine if someone will be successful (and more fun to work with).
