I did some mobility exercises for the first time today. I was feeling sore from lifting and running. I immediately felt better after. I will be doing this again. Here's what I did: 1. Cat-Cow - 10 reps 2. Thread the Needle - 5 reps/side 3. World's Greatest Stretch - 5 reps/side 4. Couch Stretch - 1 min/side 5. 90/90 Hip Rotations - 10 reps/side 6. Deep Squat Hold - 60 sec 7. Child's Pose + Side Reach - 30 sec/side 8. Dead Hang - 30-60 sec 9. Pec Doorway Stretch - 30 sec/side 10. Walking Lunges - 10/leg Credit and thanks to my personal trainer, ChatGPT.
