are holders implicitly mobilised to practice the "pumping" of metrics on winning links (with *real* positives for the auction winner as a result)?

fascinated right now - thinking about the future of /higher in this regard, where the network is creatively powerful

is there a way to build similar infrastructure around $HIGHER that mobilises community in a way that could be a positive externality?
