How to get stuff done every day: 1. Identify 3 things you need to get done. No more, no less. 2. Write them down. 3. Execute against those 3 things and only them. 4. Repeat.

i use 'eat the frog(s)' typically if something on your daily list was to 'eat a frog' you wouldnt want to do it. so i pick out the 'frogs' and do those first.

100%, although I don't think there's a right way to tackle. I occasionally eat frogs first, but I also like building momentum (gonna write about momentum soon) throughout the day. Cascading wins into one another is a great way to get the hard stuff done too.

I also really like the “Debt Snowball” approach to build momentum. Get the small wins first. Really key for me to execute and stay motivated
