Thesis: Autoliving I am long AI + Health tech + Food tech+ Agents reducing the cognitive load of simply living well and therefore freeing up time and energy for everything else. All of the decisions and effort required around what to eat, what workout to do, what supplements to take or not, when to sleep and wake up and so on will ideally get to complete autopilot AND entirely personalized and optimized to achieve maximum health and enjoyment. Simply input $, realtime biometrics and some goal and then food, workout program and supplements all just magically show up where you need. No thinking required. This frees up a percentage of cognitive overhead to spend time on other things. Wealthy people already get a lot of this set up with personal assistants, personal chefs, trainers, leveled up healthcare and this will get packaged to be more accessible to more people. Like what uber did for private drivers and so on. A lot of dependencies to get there in a lot of places (like being able to order food with specific ingredients and distributions of macros etc, likewise for supplements and more realtime bloodword/biometrics) but this all seems achievable in the next 5-10 years. One simple starting place for an AI product is one that is built around the premise of prompting you. An inversion of the current paradigm. Keeping my eye out for anything that makes sense as part of this stack.
