Musk is just right on this issue. OpenAI just completely abandoned the original mission to recklessly pursue AGI before any alignment progress was made. Of course Musk weakened his case by starting his own AI company.

Realistically, I think it's unlikely that the ETH ETF will be approved without a lawsuit. The SEC will want to draw a line in the sand to prevent deeper integration of crypto and Tradfi.
