Honestly #1 is keeping up the front squats because it helps reveal weak points in your posterior chain
From the video my best guess is you naturally hunch forward and have tight hips(most of us do)
Can try to do some mobility work in there. Among things you can do assisted squats with something you can balance with to comfortably get into and out of a deeper squat position as you work up to naturally doing it body weight and with weights
