I slept in today, catching up on some beauty sleep, and woke up around noon. Ordered some ribs, lol—pretty good breakfast, actually. Back to the Degen grind tomorrow!

I love all types of ribs, though BBQ is my all-time go-to.

I really like Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce...when I'm visiting the US / midwest (where family is) i try a new sauce each time. The Basque Country where I live has some amazing Txuleta (huge thick steak) yet I have not ventured to take along BBQ to the cider house where they have the whole BBQ steak experience/ with cider
