A Base blockhash picks the winner. The catch: each hour only pays out if it gets at least $20 in buys from 3 different wallets. Miss the target, nobody wins and the $25 rolls into the next hour, stacking up to $75. That means the quiet hours might be the best ones to show up for. My wallet is excluded.
