I think one of the biggest near term unlocks for onchain finance is private transfers. I would really love to see @base.base.eth get there first. I think they have the talent and resources to do it. Quantum resistant security is the second big one. Now that Base owns its own stack and is moving beyond OP, it feels like they have more room to move faster and set their own pace. I am not sure how much depends on L1 Ethereum changes, but if Base ships this first, it becomes the default best chain. That would mean more attention and liquidity flowing to everyone already building here. Would love to see a public roadmap around this.
