I was born in the trenches, lived and breathed them, and barely survived. When you’ve been through that kind of struggle, working 60+ hours a week on your own project feels like a breeze. It makes you tough and builds calluses, but that hard shell can also mean you don’t let things in as easily. It’s all about trade-offs and finding balance.
