everything i do is for $DEGEN and this community. no second token, no third token, no fresh cap table for the team.
the pattern: founder launches a token, community backs it, then the same founder launches a new one. and there's always an excuse for why the old project isn't really being abandoned. it's complementary. it's a different use case. the old holders get an allocation. they coexist and reinforce each other, blah blah blah.
it's all fake. the attention moves, the team moves, and the people who backed the first one are left holding it with an explanation.
it's not one person, it's the default now. launch, do volume, launch again, repeat.
DEGEN has been the same token since day one. 2.5 years, one ticker. we made farcaster the biggest thing in crypto social and we're still one of the largest tokens on Base. nobody got left behind because there was never a next thing to get left behind for.
if you want to farm the launches, farm them. just know which of these is still going to exist in a year.
