sending nominal amounts of money to someone is still so convoluted requiring platform alignment between parties is a nuisance arbitrary rules of given platform add more friction and yes crypto makes this both better (fast, permissionless, any amount) and worse (chain selection, permanent loss errors, knowledge gap)
