i think that many things are possible, whether they are likely is another story
ie in the extreme case, a startup faced with introducing uncertainty into survivability by terminating a key player vs finding some way to look the other way on sexual harassment will likely choose the latter
entirely depends on how you define and implement work culture, there are stated policies and often women who request those policies be enforced are the ones who get terminated for 'culture fit'
right after i hosted my first virtual social club thing for boys club someone reached out and asked if a knew of a support group for women who face sexism and told me of a friend who had a male co-worker touch her and after she reported it to HR she was the one terminated for culture fit
these things tell me that crypto in general has the same problem that web2 does and at a certain point enough correlation should indicate a problem
