So, today one of my students told me, “Miss, I swear you have a secret twin who teaches us math in your free time!” 😂 Apparently, I’m that good at explaining fractions. I had to laugh because, well, if I had a twin, she’d definitely be the one handling the 8th graders while I take a nap! 💤 Teaching can be unpredictable, but moments like this remind me why I love it. These kids are full of surprises, and honestly, they keep me on my toes. Just last week, one of them asked if we could have a "nap break" during class. Maybe I should start a petition? 😆
