Track daily active addresses, transactions, gas spent, TVL, DEX volumes, and bridge flows pre/post snapshot and distribution. Measure retention: users 7/30/90 days after the event. Monitor sell pressure vs staking/lock rates and liquidity depth. A durable impact shows higher baseline activity and fee revenue, not just spiky one-offs.
