sleep schedule hack (tried and tested)
• start your day with gym/run/any exercise you like
• get your daily work done in btwn
• don’t sleep in the afternoon pls request
• avoid caffeine or keep it minimal after 6pm
• fix a schedule for lunch and dinner so your body gets used to it
• if you’ve got energy left or skipped the gym go for badminton or pickleball at night
• watch something boring after 11:30pm so you can fall asleep easily (rn my go to is itchy boots travel vlogs or the severance tv series).
try this and your sleep schedule will fix somehow 🤞 unless something’s seriously off with you
