we’ll dive right in & start chipping away at the low-hanging fruit as soon as we get our ducks in a row—we’ll need to make hay quickly given the positive headwinds to start we’ll benchmark core competencies, conduct a deep dive, audit customer surveys, breakdown silos & scope your bottlenecks & pain points from there we’ll put a pin in anything not immediately urgent & circle back with a plan of attack, action items & deliverables we’re not trying to reinvent the wheel here—we already have pmf & strong synergies—but there is a value-add opportunity in trimming some of the fat overall, we’re confident in our ability to pull the necessary levers at our disposal to ensure alignment & foster in a new community of boots on the ground
