admittedly, this one comes with an ekg and no heavy machinery for six hours but it was unreal
i usual concoct post thanksgiving but here we are with the leftover supreme
-roasted potatoes
-sausage stuffing
-peppered maple applewood bacon
1) caramelized two vidalia onions; the correct way; finished with chopped bacon and garlic
2) mix stuffing & potatoes; aggressively re-season; breakdown with hot oil; mix well
3) roasting pan at 450 with beef tallow boiling before adding; as if you’re about to whip a yorkshire; press mixture into hot fat
4) roast until thick crispy bottom forms; add layer of caramelized bacon jam; finish with romano on to; back in until everyone is friends
call that home fries with a second property
