if you’ve ever supported faze clan, la cabal, soulja boy or any other mid 30 hype beasts pretending to be 15 in LA you are in fact a tone deaf cancer and should be barred from the space you are not bringing in new users, certainly not any inklings of quality users, and, yes, you guessed it, are actively working against builders here every creator you’ve brought in has lost their fans money, spurred further distrust in crypto via broken models and distorted incentives and churned out user we will likely never get back we are a decade in: ask your brother, your uncle, your neighbor: what is crypto to you? let me know what they say. tell me again why we feel the need to lie about our careers when asked by our in-laws? crazy this needs to be said but if you support people who support this; you are part of the problem: you are complacent in a known scam that has been tried and failed hundreds of times before: a plague creators have failed over and over and over and over again: not a single one remains you fought it then, you ignore it now; it only makes the climb harder for those who spent their careers scaling the mountain, and of all things, in lieu of those who flew in for a quick photo op at the peak and a paycheck no d-class celebrity—in fact, no celebrity at all—has contributed to user growth in any positive or meaningful way; not then, not now, not tomorrow i mean the president of the united states has half dozen coins for him and his family, each down 99% where’s the distribution? how may eyes was crypto in front of? where are they now? every single porn coin they promised, every influencer, every streamer, every creator outside of like three ogs from 2021… all net negative, all users lost that we probably can’t recover the cube will not fit in the circle hole no matter how many times you try to force it you create FOR THIS space you highlight FROM WITHIN THIS space you hire FROM WITHIN THIS space only then can you GROW BEYOND this space or WE fail from YOUR doing how many times must this be PROVEN? **no successful creator here has been bought and no creator bought has led to new users** it’s a fundamental conflict; of morals, intents and interests; it’s philosophical white noise that only get worse as you slap fungible tokens on anything and everything you are pulling a basketball player into gamified stock trading app disguised as social and wondering why it’s not working; wondering why when they get the opportunity to cash out on something they do not even understand, they take it this is not user acquisition; this is churn no legacy agency would look at this as ua, it has nothing to do with affiliate or targeting; it’s optimized for asset issuance over retention; it’s completely devoid of any coherent strategy the answer is, and always has been, apps the strategy is, and always has been, crypto-first NOT TOKEN FIRST; NOT SOCIAL FIRST; NOT EXPERIMENTATION AND HOPEFUL NEW USERS FIRST; NOT WALLET FIRST, NOT TRADER FIRST, NOT CREATOR FIRST AND CERTAINLY NOT GEN Z FIRST it’s CRYPTO FIRST and the models that crypto UNLOCKS: IT’S THE APPS and the reason we started all of this in the first place…
