REX Shares submitted the prospectuses for its Solana and Ethereum staking ETFs, expected to list in the U.S. soon. The funds are C corporations under the 1940 Act, not 19b-4 processes. James Seyffart noted this structure helps SEC approve them quickly, with exposure via Cayman subsidiaries.
