What are your tips for making a Jamaican Curry Chicken? Feels like the curries I’ve made are missing something. Yes, I’m burning the curry powder

Thank you!! Will try that next time. I did add in some ground pimento seeds but the fresh stuff probably tastes way better.

i like to add a lil coconut milk and crushed pimento seeds!

Chief Curry, Brand. you’re in NY so there will be a lot of Caribbean shops there where you can find it. It’s very good.

What brand of curry powder are you using?

Yeah I didn’t have those either for the chicken. I did have scotch bonnets for the goat. No thyme though I think. Does that go into curry goat?

Don’t see any thyme or scotch bonnets, hopefully you got rice and peas cookin too

you got some scotch bonnet, ginger, and thyme in there already? also, i use stock rather than water to get some added flavor
