Cod roe cream udon and omurice at Tomi Jazz. The udon had a perfectly bouncy texture, and the cod roe flavor was balanced perfectly with the cream. The omelette was perfectly cooked (still a bit runny) and the demiglace was not too overpowering. I wish the rice was a little bit drier though. Third time here and it has not disappointed yet
