Farcaster is a popular social media platform on Web3. It's decentralized and offers freedom, which sounds good. But I don't like this platform because of some things. For example, it has algorithms. These algorithms decide which post, who or which project will stand out. In my opinion, this system is a bit open to manipulation. I mean, someone could go out of their way to get more exposure, some projects could be artificially polished. Of course, this is just my opinion, but there seems to be such a risk.

Then, in the crypto world, it's very common for projects to be hype. On Farcaster, bots or big accounts can try to make something look popular. I think this compromises the sincerity of the platform. It's nice that it's open source, everything seems to be transparent. But let's be honest, how many people read the code and understand what's going on? I think most users don't go that deep, and that can make things difficult to control. I'm not saying Farcaster is a bad platform, it just doesn't give me full confidence. It's like not everything is as free and fair as it seems.
