Let's talk about Binance - the top-1 major exchange and it's monthly-old launch of Binance Alpha🙂 

The major keys to get an airdrop in tokens here is that:

1. You have to do a daily trade in alpha tokens for some amount to get points. They stuck day by day.
2. For every airdrop there is a minimum amount of points that your account must have, it usually ranges from 120 and going up to 190, sometimes higher.
3. Every airdrop works as a giveaway by choosing a random Binance ID ending number from 1 to 10 (for example - 8). So all of the users with a needed points and their Binance ID ending with 8 will be eligible. The numbers are different for each of the airdrops.
4. Sometimes account's points may be deducted from your account, like some kind of a price for an airdrop. For example, the last airdrop would deduct 15 points from the account - you have 200 points and there are only 175 points would remain.
5. Lastly, but not least important - is the points. Daily volume also matters for the points.
