Alex Mashinsky, ex-CEO of Celsius, is giving up all claims to assets linked to the failed crypto lender. Court docs show he and his related entities won’t get anything from Celsius’ bankruptcy plan. This includes AM Ventures, Koala1, and Koala3. The move comes as the bankruptcy process continues.
