Stopped drinking alcohol ~5 years ago. Never had an issue with it but can’t express how much it’s improved my life and how much I recommend more people try it out.

Depends. I drink alcohol once a month, and usually it's beer or wine. I also have not been drinking for 6 month, and felt no difference at all.
