🧠 Today's brain food: - breakfast: eggs, sourdough toast and sweet potato chips - lunch: chicken hearts (marinated in lemon) with rice and tomatoes - dinner: steak with broccoli and local mushrooms + ☕️ 2x black coffee + sparkling water with 🍋 lemon + slice of dark choco I needed to up the protein a bit to gain weight/muscle

Pretty good. Almost hit all micronutrient goals. A bit low on magnesium and calcium though
