Weight Loss Update: 192.9 Nothing too interesting happened yesterday, but I did watch a video about taking diet breaks that was pretty interesting. Apparently there is research that backs up the support of taking breaks in your diet. I suppose that keeps the momentum of changing your body composition. Ultimately if you aren’t crash dieting, you’re really looking towards transforming who you are. I get that! My boss asked me how much further down do I want to go. Seems to me as I just continue to stick to this particular lifestyle, it may go to a particular weight than just maintain.
