Weight loss update: Alright, I did gain a bit. But I understand a few things. 1. I’m right before my period (water weight) 2. I understand that the weight loss process is not linear. 3. I notice that I might be gaining muscle (even though it’s probably not scientific) which could be a reasoning behind the slow down. Which is kind of intriguing. 4. I don’t feel too bad with this. Even though it sucks with respect to the number, I’m realizing that maybe my body is starting to change. I was building meals with pics which is kind of fun. But I realize that there are different ways to be healthy, and there are different ways of showing strength. I’m learning that this is going to be a life changing journey. Even more than before.
