I suppose one day, after all the back and forth lawsuits surrounding Apple’s App Store, and specifically, the fees to do business with Apple, something may change.

That day may be as likely as me being president though. 

It seems like proton (proton vpn, proton mail, proton pass) is now suing Apple over App Store fees. 

“Proton claims Apple's ‌App Store‌ fees encourage the "surveillance capitalism business model" used by companies like Meta and Google, while harming smaller privacy-focused companies that don't monetize data.”
